About Troop 15...

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to help guide young people to make moral and ethical choices over the course of their lifetimes  by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Troop 15 is a scout-led troop with a strong outdoor program. We are located in Merrimack, NH. Our troop is chartered by St. John Neumann Church at 708 Milford Road, Merrimack, NH. We meet most Tuesday nights at 7pm. Boy Scouts are open to boys aged 11 to 18. For more details on Troop 15, please contact our Scoutmaster at scoutmaster@merrimack15.mytroop.us.

The calendar has been updated to split the Yard Sale up into shifts. For setup and Friday night, all hands are on deck. Scouts that are still in school are expected to be at school and help with setup after they get out of school. Scouts that are NOT in school are expected to help set up Friday. Two summertime meetings have been added to our calendar: Jul 17 and Aug 7. These are the Tuesdays before we go to summer camp. We will plan a light meeting at Whip-o-will, in Class B's, where we can finalize our summer camp programs, have a campfire, and maybe cook a dessert dish to share in the evening. I have also put 2 summer camp personal gear drop off meetings on Jul 19 and Aug 9 for scouts to drop off gear to bring to summer camp at our trailer as well as any medications and final med form changes for the respective weeks of summer camp.

PLC on Tuesday, All Current PLC members please attend!

Posted on Apr 29 2018 - 6:55pm

This is a reminder that we have a PLC on Tuesday. We have only one meeting to plan this coming month. All current PLC members should plan to attend. John and David are remaining as SPL and ASPL for the next term, but several leadership positions are changing on the PLC. This is the time to indicate to your SPL which position you would like to have. The patrols will also be shuffled starting May 8 and new patrols will be announced then as well. Finally, we will also use this meeting to discuss youth leadership for the Yard Sale Trailer Duty times.
